X-Ray Laboratory

It is necessary to analyze accurately the X-ray images before beginning of the treatment. It enables to proceed treatment procedures in precise and safe way. Nowadays we use technique that gives us possibility to obtain X-ray image on the computer screen within seconds after taking photo.

Our X-Ray Laboratory is equipped with the highest quality modern digital devices. We use Gendex Orthoralix 9200 panthomographic device and cone-beam computed tomography I-CAT. The dental offices are equipped with Gendex Visualix radiovisiography used in taking digital intraoral images. Radiovisiography enables to control every stage of dental procedures.

The radiation doses are negligible. 36 intraoral photos corresponds with the radiation dose that we obtain everyday from cosmos. Another example: one flight from Brussels to Athens is connected with exposure to 20 times higher dose than one intraoral X-ray photo.

Due to a special software we can obtain a lot of information ensuring precise planning and effective, safe treatment.

Our X-ray laboratory meets all safety standards required in European Union.
